All prices are quoted in EURO funds.

Buyers Please Note: For products shipped from the USA stock, import duties, and for item dispatched from Italy to extra CEE countries, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying any parts. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

SHIPPING POLICY:
- We ship worldwide except to USA and Canada using various courier companies, should you be located outside Europe please inquire to obtain shipping costs.

- ALL Special Orders: will be charged shipping costs. For Special Orders we intend products that are NOT in stock in Europe, but need to be dispatch other international warehouse. Please inquire to obtain shipping costs for all Special Orders.

- NO products will be shipped to customer located in the USA or Canada.

RETURNS/DAMAGE CLAIMS:
damage claim should be forward within the next 3 days from the receipt of the goods, with pics of the box and of the damage, in this cases (not depending from us), we will evaluate the situation and eventually replace the parts with equal or similar ones.
Our return policy provides the refund of the amount within 30 days from the receipt of the item, this last ones, obviously must be returned to us unused, complete and in the original packaging

WARRANTY:
The manufacturer warrants that all products are free from defects. Most of our exhaust products are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the exhaust products are not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.

This warranty does not apply to any exhaust product which has been installed on any commercial or racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty certificate, MUST be presented with proof of purchase, and pics that attempt the warranty claim.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the exhaust product, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occurred by the exhaust product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
